Kathmandu: CPN-UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli was on Monday sworn in as the Prime Minister of Nepal at a special function at Sheetal Niwas here. This is Oli’s fourth stint as the country’s Chief Executive.
President Ramchandra Paudel administered the oath of office and secrecy to Oli during the function.
On Sunday, President Paudel appointed Oli as the Prime Minister.
Oli has become the new Prime Minister after forging an alliance with the Nepali Congress and withdrawing support to the government led by Maoist Center Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal. (with Agency inputs)
