Mumbai: Fire at high-rise building in Vadgadi leaves two dead
The incident was reported in the morning by the Mumbai Fire Brigade, following which the fire brigade rushed to the spot. The fire was extinguished soon. Read further on Dynamite News:

Mumbai: A fire broke out in a high-rise building in a high-rise building in Mumbai's Vadgadi area on Sunday early morning, leaving two people dead and two others injured.
The incident occured at Issaji Street, near Ram Mandir, Masjid Bandar. The fire was confined to electric wiring and installations in the common meter box and passage on the ground floor.
The incident was reported in the morning by the Mumbai Fire Brigade, following which the fire brigade rushed to the spot.
The fire was extinguished soon. Two deceased have been identified as Sajiya Alam Shaikh, 30, and Sabila Khatun Shaikh, 42. Both were declared brought dead at the JJ Hospital.
Another victim named Shahin Shaikh, 22, is admitted at the same hospital and his condition is stable.
One more person named, Karim Shaikh, 20, has been admitted to the GT Hospital due to suffocation and is currently stable.

The families of both the deceased are in great shock and grief. Relatives and friends are pouring in to express their condolences.

Another Fire Incident
A fire broke out in the three-storey Freemason’s Hall in Fort area in South Mumbai on Saturday afternoon, officials said.
According to fire officers of Mumbai Fire Brigade (MFB), the ‘level 1’ (minor) blaze is confined to the second floor of the building that is situated opposite Sterling Cinema.

In fire fighting operation one fire fighter has been injured in the process, said Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation’s (BMC) disaster cell.
The injured has been identified as Pankaj Parshuram Bhoir, 25. The condition of Bhoir, who is undergoing treatment at GT Hospital, is in a stable condition, said an officer.
“The blaze broke out from an office on the second floor and is confined within the premises. The entire building has been engulfed with a thick layer of smoke,” the officer said.
