Miscreants open fire outside 2 shops in Delhi

Delhi: Two firing incidents were reported in the national capital on Monday, police said.  

Gun shorts were fired at a plywood shop in outer Delhi's Nanglaoi area.  

The firing occurred at 1:30 pm. Upon receiving the information, teams from the local police reached the spot.

It was found that while the complainant was at his shop, three youths with covered faces, came to the shop, and opened fired multiple rounds in air and fled the spot, according to the police. 

In a separate incident, three motorcycle-borne men opened fire at a property dealer’s shop in outer-north Delhi’s Alipur area and fled the spot.

No loss of life reported

Fortunately, no loss of life or injuries were reported in both the incidents. The police is investigating the cases.
