Mirzapur: Teenager kills grandparents for not giving him money to buy drugs

Mirzapur: A teenager allegedly killed his grandparents with an axe and also inflicted injuries on himself, sending shockwaves in Uttar Pradesh’s Mirzapur. 

According to Dynamite News correspondent, the incident occurred in Talar Pahadi village of Rajgarh police station area on Saturday night.

Drug addict
The minor was drug addict. The 14-year-old sought money from his grandfather, but when he did not get the money he got irritated and tried to harm him with an axe when he was stopped by his grandparents, he allegedly killed them with the sharp-edged weapon.

The boy's father said that for the past two months, his youngest son had become addicted to smoking substance. If he didn't get the drug, his condition worsened. As a result, he started behaving inappropriately. For the last four days, he had been staying with his grandparents.
