New Delhi: Mental health is often thrown into the bucket of other lists.

We often pay heed to the physical health but ignore the mental health. Bollywood female actor Deepika Padukone also suffered from poor mental health.

In 2014, she got depressed and thought to commit suicide. In India, several people have committed suicide due to the poor mental health. Multiple reasons are found behind it like anxiety, stress, depression and overthinking. Olympic Gold Medalist, Abhinav Bindra also got depressed after 2008 Beijing Olympics. 

He mentioned in his autobiography 'A Shot at History.' A 25 year old boy achieved his ambition at the young age. What would be his next ambition. He could not manage success and got depressed.
