Maruti cars to get expensive from Feb 1, check model-wise prices

New Delhi: Car maker Maruti Suzuki India on Thursday said it will increase prices by up to ₹32,500 across various models from February 1.


According to Dynamite News correspondent, owing to rising input costs and operational expenses, the car maker set to hike car prices from February 1, 2025.

"While the company is committed to optimising costs and reducing the impact on the customers, we are constrained to pass on some of the increased expenses to the market," the car maker said in a regulatory filing.

Wagon-R to get expensive by Rs 15,000
Now, the compact car Celerio ex-showroom prices will be increased by up to Rs 32,500, while that of premium model lnvicto by up to Rs 30,000.
Wagon-R price will go by up by Rs 15,000 while that of Swift by Rs 5,000. SUVs Brezza and Grand Vitara will get costlier by up to Rs 20,000 and Rs 25,000, respectively.

Besides, other models will also see a hike in prices. (With Agency Inputs)
