Kannauj: Several workers feared trapped after lintel of an under-construction building collapsed in UP's Kannauj, reports Dynamite News correspondent.
After getting the information, police reached the spot and started the rescue operation with the help of local people.
According to Dynamite News correspondent, the incident occured near the railway station, where a building was being constructed under 'Amrit Bharat Yojana'.

Lintel collapses
The lintel of the building collapsed around 2:20 pm.
6 workers rescued
About 36 workers were feared trapped under the debris, out of which 6 workers were rescued.

Uttar Pradesh Minister Asim Arun also reached the spot to oversee the rescue operation.
