The apex court to hear the matter at 5 pm today.

Earlier, Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari has written to state Assembly secretary to convene a special session of the State Assembly on June 30, with the only agenda of a trust vote against CM Uddhav Thackeray.

Meanwhile, The rebel Sena Eknath Shinde said that he will take part in the floor test in the Maharashtra Assembly. "I will take part in the floor test and follow all protocols," he said.
