Lok Sabha Day-2: MPs swearing-in continues; Rest 281 Members taking oath today

In the maiden session of new Lok Sabha yesterday only 262 Members were sworn-in as MPs by pro tem Speaker Bhartruhari Mahtab. Read further on Dynamite News:

New Delhi: In the maiden session of new Lok Sabha yesterday only 262 Members, including PM Modi and Members of his Council of Ministers, were sworn-in as MPs by pro tem Speaker Bhartruhari Mahtab. 

Rest 281 Members are taking oath as MPs today. These Members include former Congress President Rahul Gandhi; Samajwadi Party Chief Akhilesh Yadav; Sudip Bandyopadhyay, Kalyan Banerjee and Saugata Roy of TMC and DMK's TR Baalu, A Raja and Kanimozhi Karunanidhi etc.

Some INDIA bloc Members skipped oath yesterday in protest over the pro tem Speaker post not going to Congress' K Suresh. 

The three opposition MPs who skipped oath taking are - K Suresh (Congress), Sudip Bandyopadhyay (TMC) and T R Ballu (DMK).
