'Lawlessness': Pooja Bhatt makes request to Mumbai Police, Fadnavis after Saif Ali Khan attacked at Bandra home

Filmmaker Pooja Bhatt took to X and made a request to Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis & Mumbai Police and condemned the attack on Saif Ali Khan. Read Further on Dynamite News:

Mumbai: Hours after actor Saif Ali Khan was attacked 6 times with knife by an intruder at his Bandra residence,  actor and director Pooja Bhatt on Thursday questioned the 'lawlessness' in the city, saying 'the city has never felt so unsafe before'.

Bhat took to social media platform X (Formerly known as Twitter) and sought more police presence in Bandra area. The 52-year-old  also tagged Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and his cabinet members in her post.

"Can this lawlessness please be curbed @MumbaiPolice @CPMumbaiPolice. We need more Police presence in Bandra. The city & especially the queen of the suburbs, have never felt so unsafe before," she posted on X. 

In another post, she only tagged Mumbai Police Commissioner.

"Local police are our first preventers/grass root defenders. It is law enforcements duty to create an environment in which people with a criminal bent do not feel comfortable to operate. The Beat officer must act as a deterrent in preventing criminal activity," she wrote on social media.

Saif Ali Khan attacked 
The 54-year-old actor was attacked by an intruder with knife. Saif was rushed to the Lilavati Hospital with stab injuries. He has been operated upon and now he is out of danger, according to the hospital.
