Juvenile among 4 held for flaunting weapons on social media: Delhi Police

New Delhi: In an crackdown on the practice of flaunting weapons on social media, the Delhi police on Wednesday arrested three individuals and also apprehended a juvenile for allegedly posting photos and videos on intenet with weapons. 

The action was taken under a special drive by the southeast district police to identify and take action against offenders who glorify weapon culture on social media, police said.

Two country-made pistols along with three live cartridges and a knife were recovered during the crackdown. 

While an individual was arrested from south Delhi's Kalkaji Park with a country-made pistol and two live rounds, the juvenile was apprehended from Govindpuri with a knife.
