Srinagar: At least three armed infiltrators were killed in a gun battle close to the Line of Control in Jammu and Kashmir's Baramulla district on Thursday, official sources said.
The infiltration bid was foiled in Kamalkote area of Uri sector when soldiers noticed suspicious movement close to the LoC.

“The group was challenged and they opened fire, triggering a gun battle. So far three infiltrators have been killed and arms and ammunition have been recovered from the area,” an official source said.
