Jharkhand Polls: Phase-II voting for 38 seats underway at slower pace

Ranchi: The second and final phase voting for 38 Assembly seats began at 7am across 12 districts rather at a slower pace, reports Dynamite News correspondent.
The voting will continue till 5pm.
