Ranchi: The second and final phase voting for 38 Assembly seats began at 7am across 12 districts rather at a slower pace, reports Dynamite News correspondent.

The voting will continue till 5pm.

The ruling JMM-led INDIA bloc and the BJP-led NDA are engaged in a fierce battle in the elections.

Over one crore voters are eligible to exercise their franchise in 38 Assembly seats.

Phase-1 of polling in Jharkhand for 43 seats, which took place on November 13, saw a voter turnout of 66.65%, a 2.75% increase from the turnout for the 2019 election.
