Jerusalem: A total of 200 Palestinian prisoners were released by Israel on Saturday as part of the Gaza ceasefire deal, Israeli prison service confirmed.

Israeli women soldiers released
They were released after Hamas released four Israeli women soldiers, who were held captive by the Palestinian group in Gaza for 15 months.
Captives handed over to Red Cross team
The hostages, identified as Karina Ariev, Daniella Gilboa, Naama Levy and Liri Albag were handed over to a Red Cross team in Palestine Square in Gaza City.
Celebration begins in West Bank
Celebrations began on the streets of Ramallah following the release of Palestinian prisoners from Israeli detention facilities.

Prisoners wearing grey tracksuits and blue gloves were lifted onto the shoulders of supporters in celebration of their new freedom, video footage showed, CNN reported.
Earlier in the day, Hamad said it expected Israel to free around 200 Palestinian prisoners, including 120 prisoners serving life term and 80 others with high sentences.
