Mumbai: She may have carved a niche for herself across borders, but it looks like Priyanka Chopra is very much connected to her roots.
In an interview to Marie Claire, the 34-year-old actor said, "I am like most Indian people. Because we are such an old culture, like 5,000 years old, there are a lot of little superstitions. So if something good happens in my life, I don't like talking about it too much."
"I believe a lot in evil eye. It's called 'nazar' in India. If something nice or good is happening, you protect it," she added.
