Indian Railway is economic lifeline of the nation, says Ashwani Lohani

Railway Board Chief Ashwani Lohani on Wednesday said at the occasion of the 63rd Railway Week Award Function, Indian Railway is the economic lifeline of India.



New Delhi: Railway Board Chairperson Ashwani Lohani on Wednesday addressed at the 63th Railway Week that Indian Railway is the economic lifeline of India. 

On the occassion of Railway Week, Ashwani told to the media, Railway is the only vast network which connects entire nation with largest hard working manpower among all ministries.

Ashwani also told about the working strategy of the Railway with the motto  of consolidation and growth. Under this motto, we have improved much as compare to past years. 

"All trains will be equipped with Bio Toilets by December 2018", he added.

Meanwhile, he distributed prizes to the achiever of the year 2017-2018 in railway departement. 

The 63th Railway Week will held from 10 April to 16 April.
