Rajkot: Riding on skipper Smriti Mandhana and batter Pratika Rawal's scintillating innings, India posted its highest-ever total in women’s ODIs during the third One Day match against Ireland at the Niranjan Shah Stadium in Rajkot on Wednesday. 

India sored 435 runs in stipulated 50 overs. For India, Mandhana (135 off 80 balls) and Rawal (154 off 129) scored tons.

Breaks last match record
India broke its previous record set during the second match of the ongoing series. India smashed 370/3 in the previous match of the series at the same venue against the visiting side. 

Ind wins toss
India won the toss and decided to bat first. Opener Rawal scored her maiden international century while Mandhana hit the fastest ton by Indian woman. The both batters stitched together a 233-run partnership for the first wicket.
