Brussels (Belgium): A new study revealed that milk and water are the most efficient vehicles for absorbing vitamin D.

Besides, many health issues, Vitamin D insufficiency has been linked to the immune response to COVID-19.

Vitamin D supplements are therefore important for good health. But what is more important is whether they will be absorbed fully and completely.
