Gujarat ATS seizes 792 kg of MD drugs worth Rs 800 crore; two arrested

Ahmedabad: The Anti-Terrorist Squad of Gujarat arrested two people involved in making MD drugs in a flat in Maharashtra's Bhiwandi and seized 792 kg of liquid MD drugs worth Rs 800 crore, police said on Wednesday.

According to the police, the accused have been identified as Mohammad Yunus and Mohammad Adil.

The police said that both the accused have been arrested in a drug case that was busted on July 18, in which 35 kg of MD were seized, including 4 kg in hard form and 31 kg in liquid form, and 2 accused were arrested.
