Suryapet (Telangana): Four people, including two women, lost their lives, and several others were injured, some critically, when a private travel bus collided with a stationary lorry on the Suryapet-Khammam National Highway at Ilapuram in Chivemla Mandal, Suryapet district, in the early hours of Friday.
According to police, the accident occurred when the bus was proceeding from Odisha to Hyderabad.

The deceased, reportedly labourers, hailed from Odisha. The injured were admitted to the nearby Area Hospital for treatment, and the death toll is feared to rise further.
