First theatrical promo of'Phillauri'is a rave among the audience

Phillauri is an upcoming Indian romantic comedy film, directed by AnshaiLal and produced by Anushka Sharma and Karnesh Sharma under the banner of Fox Star Studios and Clean Slate Films.

Anushka will be playing the female lead oppositeDiljitDosanjh while Suraj Sharma will be opposite MehreenPirzada. Residents of Phillaur town (in Jalandhar district of Punjab) are known as Phillauris.

The film is a unique love story set in Phillaur, Punjab.

Abalanced combination of both romance and comedy is expected from the story.

The film's first official poster was released on February 3, 2017. The film is scheduled for release on March 24, 2017.
