New Delhi: The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has issued a show-cause notice to One97 Communication Ltd (Parent company of Paytm), its Managing Director Vijay Shekhar Sharma and others for alleged violations of the Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA),1999.
