ECI appoints Special Observers for UP

New Delhi: Election Commission of India apointed Special Observers for Uttar Pradesh.

The Special Observers will be supervising & monitoring the work being done by the electoral machinery in their assigned states.

1. Ajay Nayak, IAS (Retd) (BH:84) Special General Observer
2. Deepak Mishra, IPS (Retd) (AGMUT:84) Special Police Observer
3. B. Murali Kumar, Ex IRS(IT) (1983) and B. R. Balakrishnan, Ex IRS(IT) (1983) as Special Expenditure Observers
