ECI holds meeting to discuss poll preparations for Delhi Assembly Polls

New Delhi: The Election Commission of India held a meeting on Thursday with different stakeholders, including officials of the Delhi Police, to review the preparations for the upcoming Delhi Assembly Polls.

Many officials, including DEO, RO, and Delhi Police officials, were also present in the meeting. 

According to Dynamite News correspondent, the Election Commission will likely to announce the schedule of the polls by the end of December or in January next month.

Delhi Polls
In Delhi, election is due early next year. The term of the current assembly in Delhi will expire on February 23, 2025.
