New Delhi: Here is the list of speakers who are participating in the special debate on Constitution in the Rajya Sabha today, reports Dynamite News correspondent 

BJP: JP Nadda, Nirmala Sitharaman, Hardeep Singh Puri, Bhupendra Yadav, Surendra Singh Nagar, Sudhanshu Trivedi, Ghanshyam Tiwari and Amit Shah.

Congress: Dr Abhishek Manu Singhvi, Mallikarjun Kharge and Mukul Wasnik.

 FM Sitharaman pays homage to members of Constituent assembly. "I would like to begin by paying homage to all the 389 members of the Constituent assembly who in less than 3 years," she said.
