Veerappan is back: This time in Hindi

New Delhi/ 3 May 2016. Veerappan is coming again. But this time in Hindi. It was in last January that Veerappan was released in Kannada and Telugu as Killing Veerappan.
 
Veerappan is a biopic that depicts the life story of one of the most dangerous criminals active for years in the dense forests of Karnataka, Kerala and Tamil Nadu.  

 
Producer and Director
Veerappan is directed by filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma and produced by Sachin Joshi. Varma clarified that this film is not a dubbed version of Killing Veerappan but is actually a full-fledged remake. 
 
Lead Roles 
Sandeep Bharadwaj is expected to be in the lead role playing the notorious forest brigand in the Bollywood version too opposite Lisa Ray in a crucial role along with Usha Jadhav.

 
Promotion
Ram Gopal Varma along with producer Sachin Joshi will be in Delhi on May 4 to promote their film.

The film is expected to strike cinemas on May 27.
