New Secretaries in Urban Development and Panchayati Raj Ministries

In a bureaucratic reshuffle on top level in Government of India, Urban Development and Panchayati Raj Ministries get new secretaries. 

 

1982 batch IAS officer of Jharkhand cadre Rajiv Gauba presently in the cadre has been appointed as Secretary, Ministry of Urban Development in Government of India. 

 

1982 batch IAS officer of MP cadre Jitendra Shankar Mathur, presently working as Special Secretary, Information & Broadcasting, has been appointed as Secretary, Ministry of Panchayati Raj. 

 

1982 batch IAS officer of West Bengal cadre Hem Kumar Pande, presently working as Special Secretary, Environment, Forest and Climate Change, has been appointed as Secretary, Department of Official Language, Ministry of Home Affairs. 

 

1982 batch IAS officer of Karnataka cadre G. Gurucharan,  presently working as Special Secretary, Consumers Affairs has been appointed as Secretary (Performance Management), Cabinet Secretariat.
