New Delhi / 1 April 2016. Shubhdarshini Tripathi has been appointed as the next Ambassador of lndia to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. A 1994 IFS batch officer Tripathi is currently Deputy Chief of Mission in Berlin.

K. Nandini Singla has been appointed as the next Ambassador of India to Portugal. Singla, a 1997 IFS batch officer, is currently Joint Secretary in the Ministry of External Affairs.
