Modi wax statue on display at Madame Tussauds

London / 28 April 2016. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is among the world celebrities whose wax statues were unveiled at Madam Tussuads in London.
The Indian Prime Ministers’ wax figure arrived at the Baker Street attraction fresh from Delhi, where Modi had a private viewing with his likenes.
The wax statue is placed in the “World Leaders” enclosure alongside present day leaders like Barack Obama, David Cameron, Angela Merkel and Francoise Holland, as well as political heavyweights of the past including Mahatma Gandhi and Winston Churchill.
Modi was closely involved in the creation of his figure and was delighted with the final results.
Museum spokesperson Kieran Lancini mentioned "Prime Minister’s figure which is our main attraction will be placed in London, Singapore, Hong Kong and Bangkok Museums".
