Mercedes India launches an open two-seater car

New Delhi/ 26 July 2016. Mercedes-Benz India on Tuesday launched an open top two-seater Mercedes-AMG SLC 43. It’s priced at 77.50 lakh.

According to the folks at Mercedes-Benz, engineers have also improved the retractable roof which can be opened or closed at speeds up to 40km/h.

It's a 3.0-litre V6 engine bi-turbo which puts out 367bhp and develops a massive torque of 520Nm. The engine transfers its power to the rear wheels via a nine-speed automatic transmission. 

The 9G-TRONIC transmission offers the driver five modes to choose from-Eco, Comfort, Sport, Sport Plus and Individual.

The Mercedes-AMG SLC 43 gets four color options that include black, Polar white, fire opal and brilliant blue.
