New Delhi/ 1 December 2016. Lok Sabha Secretary General (SG) Anoop Mishra has been given one-year extension. He is 1978 batch UP Cadre IAS officer.

He was appointed as the SG of the Lok Sabha by Speaker Sumitra Mahajan on December 1, 2014 for a period of two years and his term ended yesterday.
