It rained fashion in French Open

Paris/ 5 June 2016. Fashion capital Paris is on fashion alert, both on and off the court. With the clay court first washout in 16 years at the French Open and grey skies overheads, but the court had it green to match the dull weather.
From Zebra prints the eye catcher to cool blue created a trend this year. The other outfits seemed to on hold in the fashion capital.

Zebra prints heated a bit of controversy on the courts. But though it became the eye catcher, when few players turned in Zebra pattern outfits, it was very contrasting with the players with pale blue.
While on this look was panned in Social media for being garish and vulgar.
Shades of cool blue
The colour blue was of the colour of the hour in the clay courts. Various shades of blue where seen on the most top seed players this year. Alize Lim’s cute shorts overalls was the stand out in the crowd.
While this pale blues that the players wore was criticized by people for being boring and muted.
Geometry in court
In the court geometry shapes created a buzz. White outfits with neon-coloured shapes were quite less seen in the court, which was worn by few players such Venus Williams, Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova and Naomi Oska.
This printed different shapes added a light of colour in the clay courts despite of the contrast colour to the sky.
During the whole French Open the eyes of the capital was in the court to see new fashion trends.
