Ford Everest arrives in India as the new Ford Endeavor

American car brand Ford, the sixth largest car maker in India, has launched the third generation Ford Endeavor SUV (Sports Utility Vehicle), known internationally as Ford Everest. Priced between Rs 24.75 Lakhs and Rs 29.46 Lakhs, the original Ford ‘Everest’ model is highly successful internationally. 

 

Engine
The new Ford Endeavour comes in two formats, a 3.2-liter five-cylinder diesel engine with a 10.91 km/l mileage or a 2.2-liter four-cylinder diesel engine with 14.91 km/l mileage. 

 

 

Safety features
Equipped with 18-inch alloy wheels, ground clearance of 225 mm and water wading capacity of 800 mm, the SUV has a fuel tank capacity of 80 liters ensures you won’t run out of fuel even in the longest of journeys. Apart from standard airbags, the new Ford Endeavor provides front, side and curtain airbags and a specialized driver’s knee airbag.

 

 

Perfect for adventurous terrain
The SUV has automatic headlights, LED daytime running lights, LED taillights and an expert hill launch and hill decent control system provides key control on long drives. A Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) and Terrain Response System ensure that the SUV is equipped for any terrain.

 

 

Interiors
Leather interiors, steering-mounted audio controls, voice control options, touch-screen controlled 10-speaker audio system with optional sun-roof provide a luxurious experience.
