There are only two dates of July 17 and 18 in between when in all probability PM Modi could rejig his cabinet.
It is a strange coincidence that earlier in 2021, PM Modi effected the Cabinet expansion in July and now after two years in 2023 Modi is expected to do it again in July. Of course the dates may vary - in 2021 it was July 21 and in 2023 it may be July 18 or 19.
