The year 2025 is going to be very significant for the top leadership of the Bhartiya Janata Party. There are various reasons for this. Must follow this exclusive report of Dynamite News:

New Delhi: These days, only one question is buzzing in the power corridors of the country - Who is to be crowned as the next National President of the BJP?

Will it be the choice of the top leadership of the BJP... or the choice of the RSS? Or of the joint choice of both? It will be known only in the coming days, but one thing is certain: All is not well between BJP and RSS.

Its first glimpse was seen during the Lok Sabha election campaign when JP Nadda gave a surprising statement in an interview in May 2024 that “BJP is no longer the party of Vajpayee ji's era; then we were weak, so we needed RSS... Now the party is standing on its own feet and is capable in itself."

And now, Dr Mohan Bhagwat gave a statement that “After the construction of Ram Temple, some people feel that they can become the leader of Hindus by raising similar issues in new places, this is not acceptable”. This statement of Bhagwat was strongly opposed by the eminent and prominent saints of the country.

Jagadguru Swami Rambhadracharya reacted to this statement of Bhagwat, "This may be Mohan Bhagwat's personal statement, this is not everyone's statement. He may be the head of any one organization, he is not the head of Hinduism that we should keep listening to him. He is not our disciplinarian; we are his disciplinarians".

It is believed that BJP is behind such statements of saints. After this attack and counter-attack, the discussion has intensified whether everything is fine between BJP and RSS?

It is often believed that RSSs displeasure over the statement of Nadda is a big reason that BJP got down to just 240 seats in the last Lok Sabha elections. But BJP's landslide victory in the assembly elections of Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Haryana and Maharashtra, proving the predictions of all political analysts wrong, has boosted the morale of the top leadership of BJP.

Under the circumstances, is the BJP's National President will be of RSS choice... It is creating a strong challenge for the BJP. Whatever, it will be interesting to see who will be the new BJP President because this year is quite crucial for BJP in many ways and especially for Prime Minister Modi and Sangh Pramukh Mohan Bhagwat because this is the year when both will turn 75 years old.
