Malai Sandwich is a simple, healthy and light snack that you can munch anytime of the day.
Ingredients
Bread Slices - 8
Fresh Malai - 100 gms
Cabbage, Peas, Carrot, Onion - 200 gms
Peas
Suji - 25 gms
Balack pepper
Salt - as per taste
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Green chillies â 2-3
Method
Finely chop all the vegetables. Take one spoon of oil in a broad pan and kadhai. Add suji and chopped vegetables and roast them. In a bowl, take malai, mix the roasted ingredients and churn it well. Spread the batter on one side of a bread slice and cover it with another slice. Place it in sandwich maker. In five minutes the sandwiches are ready to serve with any chutneys or ketchup.
