DN Recipe: Moong dal ka halwa

New Delhi/ 11 May 2016. Moong dal ka halwa is very popular in desserts especially in Indian tradition.
Today, Dynamite News brings the easiest way to cook “Moong dal (Kidney bean) ka halwa” in microwave.
Ingredients
Kidney bean 200gm
Sugar 150gm
Milk 120 ml
Ghee 3 big spoon
Cashew 8-10 pieces
Cardamom 2-3 pieces
Yellow food colour pinch of it
Making Process
Soak the Kidney bean for 3 hours then crush them. Take ghee in one utensil and keep it in microwave for 5 minutes. Include milk, cardamom and sugar and stir, put them in microwave for 10-15 minutes. Top it with cashew.
