Akhilesh Yadav completes 4 years in office

Lucknow / 15 March 2016. UP Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav completes 4 years in office today. With elections coming soon the Samajwadi Party is all set to push for a development agenda to return back to power. 

Akhilesh Yadav is trying hard to push infrastructure projects before the electorate. 

The projects include Lucknow Metro Rail, Agra-Lucknow Expressway and Lucknow IT City which are likely to be completed before 2017.

The IT City in Lucknow is being developed by HCL Technologies. The government is already in the process of completing some important infrastructure projects like Lucknow International Cricket Stadium, Trans Ganga City Kanpur and Saraswati Hitech City, Allahabad.

The state government has finalized the detailed project for Kanpur and Varanasi Metro Rail projects.

The government is all set to clear another big project in the Purvanchal which includes Lucknow-Ballia Purvanchal Expressway. 

Akhilesh had come out with many populous agenda’s like providing free laptops, unemployment allowance and aid to women.
