Delhi violence: Liquor shops closed in Noida today
The District Administration of Gautam Budh Nagar has ordered all wine and liquor shops, within three kilometres distance from the national capital, to remain closed on Wednesday. The decision comes in the wake of violence in Delhi between pro and anti CAA protestors which has led to the loss of 18 lives.
Noida: The District Administration of Gautam Budh Nagar has ordered all wine and liquor shops, within three kilometres distance from the national capital, to remain closed on Wednesday. Gautam Budh Nagar District Magistrate BN Singh issued the order which said, "In view of the violence in Delhi, all liquor shops will remain closed in sector 20, sector 24 and sector 39 of Gautam Budh Nagar on Wednesday."

The order also said, "All wine shops, model shops, country-made liquor shops, wholesale licensed liquor shops and cannabis shops with three kilometres distance from the Delhi border to remain closed on Wednesday."
