Excise Policy: Delhi Govt to go to court against CBI and ED, announces CM Arvind Kejriwal

New Delhi: Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Saturday declared that the Delhi government will go to the court and file a petition against the CBI and the ED. Kejriwal also questioned the officers of the investigating agencies and accused them of presenting false evidences in the court.
CM Kejriwal hit out at Modi government over misusing central agencies against the opposition. Earlier on Friday, Kejriwal received summons from CBI to appear before the agency on Sunday.
According to Dynamite News correspondent, Arvind Kejriwal said that ED and CBI misled the court by presenting false evidences against Manish Sisodia to implicate him. Kejriwal also referred to some Chandan Reddy who was tortured by CBI to make false statement.

On CBI's summons, Kejriwal said 'Tomorrow I will appear before CBI. If Kejriwal is a thief then no one is honest. He said the day I spoke against Modi government corruption in the Delhi Assembly, I knew that I would be the next target.
Kejriwal said that in the last 75 years no party was targeted like AAP. 'We have created a hope of quality education among the people, they want to finish this hope.'
Arvind Kejriwal said that, all the central agencies are engaged in the investigation of Delhi's liquor policy, but what has been found so far in the investigation? ED and CBI alleged that Manish Sisodia broke 14 phones, while ED's document mentions only 3 IMEI numbers of 14 phones.
