Delhi Elections: Voters voice concern on quality of water, bad roads on voting day, watch video

New Delhi: The voting in the Delhi Assembly Polls commenced at 7 am on Wednesday. A great deal of enthusiasm could be seen among the voters. Meanwhile, citizens voiced their concern on the quality of the water and bad roads.
According to a Dynamite News correspondent, people were seen in ques at the polling booths in the Karol Bagh Assembly constituency. Several people spoke with the Dynamite News correspondent, clearly showing their enthusiasm.
People said they came to vote with the hope of bringing a change. Many also expressed that elections feel like a festival to them because they represent the hope for a new change.

Total Voters
According to the Delhi Chief Electoral Officer (CEO), 1.56 crore voters are eligible to cast their ballots at 13,766 polling stations. This includes 83.76 lakh men, 72.36 lakh women, and 1,267 third-gender voters.
Special Booths For Disabled
A total of 733 polling stations have been designated for persons with disabilities.
Ballot Units
To ensure a smooth voting process, over 21,500 ballot units and VVPATs have been prepared, with provisions for dummy and Braille ballot papers to enhance accessibility.
