New Delhi: Om Prakash Vyas, National Secretary of Bhartiya Human Rights Initiative for the Marginalized (BHIM) has complained to National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) about the death of three students in the flooded basement of Rau's IAS Study Circle in Old Rajender Nagar here on Saturday, reports Dynamite News correspondent.  

The students were preparing for Civil Services Examination.

The deseased students are
1. Shreya Yadav, Ambedkar Nagar, UP
2. Tanya Soni, Telangana
3. Nivin Dalwin, Ernakulam, Kerala

The complaint has been filed against Delhi Government and Municipal Corporation of Delhi on their criminal negligence.

BHIM is a voluntary organisation which raises human rights violation cases from time to time and endeavour to create awareness among the citizens for their basic human rights.
