New Delhi: Delhi BJP chief Adesh Gupta on Sunday resigned from his post, days after the party lost in the MCD polls by thin margin of seats.
According to party sources, Virendra Sachdeva who is currently the Vice-president of the state unit is likely to be made acting president.

The top brass of the party has accepted the resignation of Delhi BJP President Adesh Gupta from the post.
On Wednesday, The Aam Aadmi Party won the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) elections with 134 seats, ending the 15-year rule of the BJP in the civic body. Meanwhile the BJP managed only 104 seats. (UNI)
