Chhattisgarh: Bodies of three more recovered from silo crash site

Mungeli: Two days after an iron silo collapsed in Mungeli district, the bodies of three more workers were recovered on Saturday from the debris of the collapsed structure, taking the death toll to four, officials said. 

According to Dynamite News correspondent, a worker was killed and another injured after the structure of the iron silo collapsed in Sargaon police station area of the district on Thursday.

Rescue Operation
Administration launched a rescue operation after receiving the information about the accident. Over 400 men are involved in the rescue operation. 

Identity
The deceased have been identified as Jayant Sahu, 35, hailed from Bilaspur district, Prakash Yadav, 20,a resident of Balodabazar district, and Awdhesh Kashyap (32) of Janjgir-Champa district.

The worker who was killed on Thursday was identified as Manoj Kumar Dhritlahre (35).

FIR Lodged
The police lodged an FIR on Friday in the case. (With Agency Inputs)
