Chhattisgarh: The bodies of three Naxalites have been recovered today on Tuesday in the ongoing encounter between police and Naxalites on the Dantewada-Bijapur border. This encounter is taking place in the forests of Dantewada and Bijapur districts, where security forces have surrounded the Naxalites.
According to the Dynamite News correspondent, the police has informed that this encounter started when the team of security forces on anti-Naxal operation got information about the presence of Naxalites in the area.

Bijapur SP Jitendra Yadav said that the security forces have launched an operation to surround the Naxalites with more than 500 soldiers. The bodies of Naxalites have also been recovered from the encounter site along with a large quantity of weapons and ammunition.
According to sources, this encounter is one of the biggest operations currently being conducted against Naxalites in Chhattisgarh. Firing is continuing from both sides in the encounter, and it is believed that the number of Naxalites killed may increase further.
