CBSE Results: Two UP girls Tanya Singh, Yuvakshi Vig top CBSE 12th by scoring 500 out of 500

New Delhi: Tanya Singh of Bulandshahr and Yuvakshi Vig of Noida have topped the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) 12th examination by securing perfect 500 out of 500 marks. The result was declared on Friday.

While Tanya Singh is a student of Delhi Public School, Bulandshahr, Yuvakshi Vig is from Amity School, Noida.

This year, the Board recorded an overall passing percentage of 92.71 per cent. Trivandrum has emerged as the best performing region with a pass percentage of 98.83 per cent. Girls have outperformed boys by 3.29 per cent while all registered transgender students managed to pass class 12 board exams.
