Bihar: Six girls collectively consume poison leaving three dead

Aurangabad (Bihar): Six teenaged girls consumed poison jointly in Aurangabad district late Friday night. Three of them were found dead and other three were taken to a nearby hospital in an unconscious state.

Aurangabad SP Kantesh Kumar Mishra told, "Preliminary investigation has revealed that one of the girls Anisha Kumari had a love affair with her brother-in-law. When he proposed marriage, it was refused.” 

As a result, she took ferocious step to consume poison with her friends. The exact reason why they have consumed the poison is not known, he added.
