Bihar Polls: Voter turnout of 46.29% recorded till 3 pm in the first phase

Patna: Voting for the phase-1 of Bihar Assembly elections began at 7 am on Wednesday and the voter turnout has been recorded at 46.29 per cent till 3 pm.

Over 2.14 crore voters are today deciding the fate of 1,066 candidates contesting for 71 seats.
