Bihar: High Court rejects plea over BPSC Pre-examination

Patna: The Patna High Court on Friday has rejected the petition filed against BPSC 70th Preliminary Examination.

The division bench of Acting Chief Justice Ashutosh Kumar and Justice Partha Sarathi has dismissed all 14 writ petitions challenging the validity of the exam and has granted the Commission permission to proceed with the rest of the recruitment process.

The High Court had reserved its verdict on March 19, after completing final hearings over multiple sessions that spanned several months.
