School manager held for rapping class 10 student in UP's Ballia

Ballia: A 48-year-old school manager was arrested for allegedly raping a class 10 girl student in Uttar Pradesh's Ballia, police said on Tuesday.
According to Dynamite News correspondent, the incident was reported from Bhimpura police station area in Ballia.

The alleged incident took place on March 1 when the victim had gone to school for the exam. On the complaint of the student's uncle, Bhimpura police registered a case and arrested the accused Janardan Yadav on Monday evening.
Case Lodged
A case has been registered against the under under relevent sections of BNS and section 3/4 of the POCSO Act.
